IDA B WELLS SCHOLARSHIP
In 2009, the Foundation established the Ida B. Wells Scholarship which was awarded to three students entering either their junior or senior year at Wells' alma mater, Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi. The students must have demonstrated scholarship as well as leadership abilities. In 2022 we increased the number of recipients to four students per year. To date we have awarded over $46,000 worth of scholarships.
